Brake, transmission, exhaust and glass work is often done by specialty shops that see the same job dozens of times a week. Brake shops replace pads and rotors the same day and usually inspect for free; transmission shops rebuild or replace automatics and clutches, a multi-day job that deserves a second quote; muffler and exhaust shops weld custom pipes and replace catalytic converters, which in many states must meet emissions rules. Alignment and suspension shops fix pulling, uneven tire wear and worn shocks, and radiator shops handle overheating and cooling-system leaks. Auto glass shops replace windshields, often at your home or office, and recalibrate the driver-assistance cameras mounted behind the glass. Window tinting and car audio shops round out the group.

I had my car towed there because it could not start. After spending $1,445 for a head gasket seal Burke told me that it still has a leak in the seal. I asked them to change the oil and see what happens. After charging me $750 for what I don't know and it is still very hard starting. Put high test gas in it and that helped a little I drove back to Burke's and told him that it is not much different then when he had it plus the horn doesn't work. He was sitting in his office when I asked him to please check to see it there is a loose wire to the horn. He said I have to make and appointment! I said no thanks and walked out never to go back. The can has an electrical problem and I will take it to the dealership to fix. .

The owners are very kind. Old school type shop which are the best kind and are rare these days. Honest, fair prices, solid work. Micheal is a great edition to the shop. Won't take my car anywhere else.

These people leave you with nothing short of a great experience! Friendly and professional they have "audited' my car a few times for my warrantee company for my 2025 Ford Fusion. After Ford and Car Max failed to fix my engine problem (6 times!) I went to Burke's Transmission and the permentaly! And every time since! Good honest hard working people who do not take advantage of their customers. I HIGHLY recommend them!!
